    I have had the luxury of building strong relationships with my supervisors over the years. The corporate office is very involved in on-site day to day items offering advise and guidance whenever needed. They have proven to be open to promoting from within whenever you show an interest in moving up. I have seen first hand that they value the on-site teams and are willing to "fight" for you when you are in fact an asset and a valuable team member. There are several employee recognition events throughout the year and we can always count on them like clock-work. Salaries are competitive and you receive raises annually when performance goals are met. There is also a sense of "family" in the Dallas region (the only one I can personally speak on) I appreciate the personalized approach that our upper management takes on most issues that arise.
